To index them manually you need to add your website to Google Search Console after adding your site to search console. You need to Submit the sitemap of your website. If after submitting sitemap your article not get indexed automatically then you need to use the URL inspection tool to index your articles manually.
Traffic
Google AdSense does not have the minimum traffic requirements but in these days traffic matter for fast AdSense approval. You need to have minimum of 200-300 organic daily visitors before applying for AdSense Approval. To get organic traffic you need to index your site and do some SEO tricks like back links creation, On page SEO, off Page SEO. You can also give some social traffic to get approval but keep this percentage in mind you need to have 60% of organic traffic and 40% other types of traffics.
